Call for Papers

NES 2008 conference invites eletronic submission of abstracts and papers.  The earlier submitted abstract of no more than 350 words should be sent in before March 1^st  2008.

Eletronic subbmission of full papers, in Microsoft Word for Windows should be sent in no later than May 1^st  2008.

Scientific Committee will evaluate and notify authors before June 1th. Acceptance of a paper implies that at least one of the authors must attend the conferernce and present the papers and pay the conference fee before Jule 15^th  2008.

Paper format

All papers are limited to 5 pages (including tables and figures), plus the cover/title page and references. Papers must show clear indication of the purpose of the research/project, method, major results, implications and key references. Authors should also indicate under which topics they would like to present their paper.

Font 12pt Times New Roman

Spacing; single

Authors name, affiliations and e-mail adress

Abstract (max 350 words)

Keywords (max 4 words)

Topic indication.

Abstracts will be printed but the proceedings volume will be published this year on a Conference USB-flash drive.

The publication does not prevent authors form submitting their paper to other academic jourlals.

Poster

A Poster is an alternative way to show your contribution at the NES2008. All Posters will have a dedicated area at the conference premises and there will be a scheduled poster session at the Conference. Dimensions of the posters should be no larger than size A1 (84 cm high x 59 cm wide). The title of the poster, author, and author affiliation will be printed in the abstract book of the conference. The author is also invited to write an abstract of 100 words to be included in the abstract book and the conference-UBS-Drive.

If you are interested in having a poster displayed at the NES2008 Conference, use the submission form below before July 1st. Poster submissions will be reviewed by the conference management whether they comply with the above outlined scope. Contributors will be informed at latest by June 1st if their poster is accepted. Accepted Posters with 100 words abstract, received before July 15th will be included in the abstract book and program.
